FAQ
RFQ
When you send a RFQ, please try to include detailed requirements like quantity, package, color and function, etc. For showers and faucet product, please also advise the flow rate in GPM or LPM.
Sample request
we provide samples of our standard faucets, showers or toilet products. This involves sample charges and sample shipping cost. If you have freight collect account with DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc, you only need to pay for sample charges by T/T, Western Union or Paypal.
Certificates
If you have mandatory testing requirements, please advise ahead of time. We can check the testing and certification cost and calculate the cost and time involved.
Available finishes
For external parts of faucets, showers, etc., the standard finishes include chrome plating, matte black, brushed nickel and gun grey. If you need other colors like gold, bronze, brushed gold, etc., please advise LAB values and send color swatches.
Customized logo
We can arrange to add laser logo or screen printing logo on the faucets or showers to better display the brand. If you have such requirement, please advise and send your logo files.
Payment term
The standard payment term for new customer is 30% T/T upon order confirmation and balance before loading.
MOQ
The standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs. For faucets and shower system, it could be lowered to 500 pcs. For project order with brown box packing, 300 is workable.
MOV
For FOB order, the minimum order value should reach US$10,000 per shipment. If not, we need to make an extra charge of US$250 to offset the local cost.
Image & Video support
Normally we can provide high-resolution rendering images, camera-taken photos, product testing videos for product demonstration. If you have special requirements on the photo angle, please advise.
Artwork support
We can send die-cut for color boxes, blister cards, printed polybag, labels, master carton for artwork development purpose. These materials are available when the order is confirmed.
Technical drawing and 3D drawing
2D dimension drawings are available upon request. 3D drawings are only available when order is placed.
Lead time
It takes about 30-50 days for mass production, depends on the quantity of the order. And initial order may take 10 days more as we need time to set up BOM and related artwork.
Product sample
If you need production sample, please make sure to bring up when you place the order, so that we can arrange together with mass production. If you just mention it after that, then we need to arrange it separately and it’s not real production sample.
